A Personal Perspective.
Mike and Carie Ramsey formed Upscale Office Cleaning in October
of 2005 to address a clear need for quality cleaning services in Northwest Arkansas.
Prior to launching Upscale, Mike spent sixteen years at Wal-Mart... gaining valuable
experience working with associates and customers alike. Similarly, Carie spent 11
years with Wal-Mart as a member of management... transitioning to the vendor community
where she has served for the past 12 years. Both Mike and Carie have worked in a
variety of environments over the years, and their experience to date has taught
them the value of a well-kept work environment.
Our personal perspective and standards of excellence distinguish Upscale from other
Northwest Arkansas competitors. Together, Mike, Carie, and a dedicated staff of
